Every year, the Fjord studios across the globe host 'Kitchens' to share the latest thinking, ideas, and thought leadership on innovation, design and technology. In 2017, each studio focused on a different annual trend. For the Los Angeles studio, that was “Transformation from Within”, which discusses how organizations redefine their cultural and data-driven capabilities to meet the new age of customer-centricity.
For the concept, I was inspired by building blocks and human auras as ways to visually emanate 'transformation from within'. By using organic forms and bright colors to express creative energy, we were able to use it as the base to extending the visual identity. I was responsible for establishing the creative direction and leading a team in design production.
